Therapetic Health Wellness LLC is a small, privately owned practice Occupational therapy-based team providing home-based and virtual therapy that is committed to assisting you in returning to the occupations that mean most to you. With our therapy services, we take a personal approach by getting to know your specific needs so we can provide you with the individualized attention you deserve. Our certified staff looks forward to getting to know each patient that starts treatment.

When you sechedule your therapy session, you will receive an evaluation, where one of our expert staff members will determine your strengths and weaknesses. From there we will assess your limitations so that we can provide the right course of action to better your physical well-being, and eliminate anything that may be holding you back. After we determine the best therapy program for you, we can provide a list of at-home exercises to complement.

  • Kayan Saadeh-Kamo

    FOUNDER

    Kayan Saadeh-Kamo is the founder of Therapeutic Health & Wellness LLC. She has 10 years of experience as an adult & pediatric occupational therapist and has worked in outpatient, geriatric, early intervention, and school settings. After graduating from SUNY downstate medical center Kayan developed her expertise in alternative mind & body therapeutic approaches including restorative stretching programs, breath programs, and sensory integration approaches, for individuals diagnosed with neurological and Mental Health disorders. Kayan believes in and implements a holistic evidence-based approach of treating the body as a whole unit while integrating activities of daily living retraining programs to optimize quality of life and create healthy lifestyle habits that can be carried over throughout your life span! Kayan believes in client-centered and compassionate in her pratice.

  • Linda White

    HOLISTIC WELLNESS COACH

    Linda is a certified holistic health and wellness coach with expertise includes training and coaching women who are undergoing, work hardships, family, health, and relationship issues. Linda also focuses on gut health and inflammation. She integrates eastern modalities and beliefs that everyone can do restorative stretching to increase their flexibility, muscle strength, and longevity while decreasing pain and inflammation. Linda believes in a holistic treatment approach that synergistically works together to help improve the quality of our lives by getting to the root cause of dis-ease and gaining confidence, strength, resilience and decreasing pain and inflammation. Linda, as ran successfully, ran a triathlon club, and multiple whole foods cleanse to detox and weight lose.

  • Corrine Gayl

    Registered Dietitian Corrine specializes in developing individual nutrition plans of care based on the anti-inflammatory pattern of eating. Nutritional counseling sessions are individualized, and client-centered with a non-diet approach to help clients meet their health and wellness goals.

  • Allison Wilson

    Occupational Therapist

    Allison has a master’s degree from Alvernia University in the field of occupational therapy. She has experience working in outpatient, acute care, senior living centers, and home health. She is certified in LSVT-Big and has a great passion for working with the neuro population. She believes that occupational therapy embodies the whole person and that every person should be treated starting from the inside out!

  • Rachelle Sumar Christensen

    Rachelle Sumar Christensen

    Art Coach

    Rachelle is a self-taught artist living in New York City who has experience in teaching students to grow in confidence and self-esteem. Her online group and one-to-one painting and drawing, arts and crafts classes are set up to be fun and calming. Rachelle specializes in teaching early childhood, adolescence, and adults and has a profound talent with working with children on the autism spectrum and ADHD. She brings calmness and grounding techniques through her art sessions and is known for her fun and entertaining group parties in her community. Rachelle creates and customizes a curriculum for each class and age group. She experiences joy in seeing her clients flourish. And experiences intense joy when she guides her students into becoming confident artists, who once felt that they could not paint. Rachelle quotes " I love to see how excited they get when they have completed their paintings. I would love to share the journey and my experience with students around the world."
